About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist & Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, build, and operationalize AI solutions across multiple domains, including data science initiatives and projects requiring the development and training of custom Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. You will play a key role in ensuring solutions are accurate, explainable, and ready for production use. This is a hybrid role (4 days from office, 1 day from home).

What You Will Do

1. Translate business problems into data science, data-driven, and AI solutions
2. Move models from PoC to production in collaboration with engineering teams
3. Ensure model performance, robustness, and explainability
4. Analyze data, define features, and select appropriate evaluation metrics
5. Design, develop,



and validate machine learning and deep learning solutions
6. Support maintenance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of models

What We're Looking For

1. 8-12 years of experience as a Data Scientist and/or ML Engineer, with proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions
2. Robust experience in data science, machine learning, and deep learning, including exploratory analysis and statistical modeling
3. Proficiency in Python and common Data Science and ML libraries
4. Experience in time-series analysis and/or forecasting
5. Experience with model evaluation and validation techniques
6. Understanding of responsible and explainable AI concepts
7. Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers and business stakeholders, comfortable across multiple projects and domains

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with Generative AI use cases
2. Experience integrating AI solutions into applications
3. Experience working with large or heterogeneous datasets
4. Experience in enterprise environments
5. Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms (any major cloud is acceptable)
