Role & Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Mechanical, Piping & Asset Integrity teams
- Guide junior and mid-level engineers on design, maintenance, and integrity management practices
- Review technical deliverables and provide expert inputs on complex engineering challenges
- Support knowledge transfer and capability building within the organisation
- Share industry experience to strengthen project execution and technical quality

Required Qualifications

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline 20+ years of relevant industry experience

- Experience in Refinery / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical operations, maintenance, commissioning, technical services, or design

Retired professionals with robust industry experience are encouraged to apply
