Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant to support a strategic engagement with one of the world’s leading enterprise technology & cloud organizations.

This is a hands-on functional consulting role requiring strong Oracle Fusion SCM configuration experience, end-to-end supply-chain process understanding, and the ability to independently lead client workshops and assigned SCM workstreams.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, and project leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle—from discovery and solution design through testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery sessions, requirement workshops, fit-to-standard analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Own functional design and delivery for assigned Oracle Fusion SCM workstreams.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on project scope, with deep hands-on expertise in at least 2–3 primary modules, such as:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Cost Management
- Order Management
- Pricing
- Product Management
- Supply Chain Planning
- Manufacturing
- Quality Management
- Maintenance
- Design enterprise structures and SCM setups including business units, inventory organizations, items, reference data, subinventories, sourcing rules,



and related configurations.
- Design and validate end-to-end business processes such as:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Inventory and Costing
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Plan-to-Produce
- Supply Planning and Fulfilment
- Conduct CRP/solution playback sessions and translate business requirements into fit-to-standard Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, test scenarios, training documentation, and cutover plans.
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, data-conversion validation, cutover, and post-production stabilization.
- Collaborate with Oracle Financials, Order Management, reporting, integration, data-conversion, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide functional inputs for data migration and integrations using technologies and approaches such as FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Assess Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly releases, conduct impact analysis, support regression testing, and recommend configuration or process changes where required.
- Troubleshoot production and implementation issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive issues through resolution.
- Provide client-facing leadership, facilitate workshops, mentor junior consultants, and communicate effectively with business, project, and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of ERP, supply-chain, or enterprise applications consulting experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation experience.
- Experience delivering at least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, major rollouts, or large transformation programs.
- Strong hands-on configuration expertise in at least 2–3 Oracle Fusion SCM modules.




- Strong understanding of one or more end-to-end business-process areas including P2P, Inventory & Costing, O2C, Plan-to-Produce, Manufacturing, or Supply Planning.
- Experience across implementation lifecycle activities including requirements, configuration, CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion data-loading, integration, and reporting capabilities including FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM cross-functional dependencies and integrations with Oracle Financials and related applications.
- Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently own and deliver an assigned functional workstream.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certification in one or more relevant modules.
- Experience delivering global, multi-country, or multi-business-unit Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion SCM with Oracle Financials, third-party logistics providers, warehouse systems, or external enterprise applications.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, high-tech, consumer products, or similar supply-chain-intensive sectors.
- Exposure to Oracle WMS Cloud, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Global Trade Management (GTM), or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience assessing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM configuration expertise with client-facing consulting capability. You should be comfortable owning a functional workstream independently, conducting business workshops, configuring Oracle Fusion, coordinating with technical teams, and taking the solution through testing, cutover, and production stabilization.

Compensation: Up to ₹22 LPA, depending on relevant experience, Oracle Fusion SCM expertise, current compensation, and overall fit for the role.
