Position: Sr. Cloud Engineer

Location: Noida

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Solutioning and Product Engineering teams to deliver optimized and scalable cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking, and cloud platform issues.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and costs while maintaining performance and scalability.
- Ensure cloud security, compliance, and governance in line with industry best practices.
- Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution to ensure business continuity.
- Manage cloud infrastructure upgrades, patching, and system configurations in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
- Track, monitor, and ensure adherence to SLA commitments for customer support tickets.
- Maintain operational excellence in a 24x7x365 production support environment.
- Participate in shift-based operations and incident management activities.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for proactive issue resolution.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives for cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational processes.
- Prepare and maintain infrastructure documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge repositories.

Must Have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Associate-level cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator Associate).
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, services, and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of cloud networking concepts, including OSI Model, VPCs, DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, and SMTP.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security technologies such as Security Groups, NACLs, Firewalls, and WAF.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
