Job Title: Business Development - Senior Consultant (Team Leader)

Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Business Development consultants working in remote mode.
- Own the team's monthly and quarterly sales targets and track daily and weekly performance.
- Understand the user's education and background to assess learning requirements.
- Explain product features, content, and unique offerings of ixamBee to convert users into paid customers.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, counselling, and sales conversations.
- Review calls and conversions regularly and give feedback to improve the team's performance.
- Take product feedback from users and the team for further improvement in the product.




- Participate in team discussions to make customer engagement and the sales process better.

Eligibility & Skill Requirements
- Any graduate or Postgraduate. MBAs are preferred.
- Take ownership, deliver commitments, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Keen to make a career in Business Development, Sales and Counselling.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Writing, Reading and Speaking) and Hindi.

What We Offer
- Compensation (CTC): 6.6 LPA to 7.8 LPA
- Fixed: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (2.4 to 3.6 LPA) | Variable: INR 4.2 LPA
