Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with ServiceNow developers to design and implement HRSD solutions.
- Support Agile delivery frameworks and backlog management.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 10 years of Business Analysis experience
- Solid experience with ServiceNow
- Expertise in Business Analysis
- Proven HR Service Delivery knowledge
- Experience in Agile methodologies
Good to Have:
- Stakeholder Management
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline
