Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and timely BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for high-rise building projects.
- Conduct rate analysis to determine fair market rates for subcontractors' services.
- Manage client billing, ensuring prompt payment and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Oversee contractor billing processes, including generating RA bills (Requisition Against Bill) reports.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in billing engineering or quantity surveying with a focus on high-rise buildings.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and subcontractor billing procedures.
- Proficiency in generating RA bills using specialized software or systems.
