Preferred candidate profile
LLB or CS qualication. Experience of having carried out Legal Due Diligence, preparing DRHP, addressing queries of Stock Exchange and SEBI in respect of Mainboard IPOs. Past experience of having successfully executed the work in respect of at least 3 Mainboard IPOs and 5 SME IPOs is essentially required.
