Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams on design-related matters.

Review and manage design drawings, layouts, and project documentation.

Assist in tracking design progress and ensuring timely deliverables from consultants.

Prepare presentations, reports, and design-related documentation.

Support the design team in maintaining project standards and design quality.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve design coordination issues.

Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in architecture, design coordination, or a similar role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.

Working knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced workplace.
