We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and people-oriented professional to lead admissions outreach and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess solid networking abilities with schools, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to convert student inquiries into admissions.

This role requires someone who can independently drive admission strategies, build institutional relationships, plan workshops and outreach activities, and mentor/manage a junior counselor under them. The candidate should be highly energetic, outgoing, organized, and passionate about education, creativity, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

### Admissions & Counseling

- Handle student inquiries and convert leads into successful admissions.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents.
- Guide students regarding courses, careers, portfolios, and creative industry opportunities.
- Develop innovative strategies to increase admissions and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and track admission pipelines, follow-ups, and student databases.
- Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.

### Outreach & School Networking

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching centers, educational consultants, and relevant communities.
- Identify new channels and partnerships for student acquisition.
- Represent the institute at education fairs, seminars, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Coordinate school visits, career guidance sessions, and institutional tie-ups.

### Event Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute workshops, open houses, seminars,



competitions, orientation programs, and outreach events.
- Coordinate with faculty, marketing, vendors, and external partners for smooth event execution.
- Ensure strong student participation and engagement during activities.
- Generate leads through events and community engagement initiatives.

## Preferred Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in admissions, counseling, outreach, events, or business development.
- Experience in education, design institutes, creative learning environments, or training organizations preferred.
- Existing network with schools and educational communities in Vadodara/Gujarat is an added advantage.

## Additional Skills that might be considered valuable.

- Understanding of student psychology and parent handling.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
