About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Follow-Up Executive with strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, outstanding account resolution, denials, rejections, failures, and aged AR. Candidates with prior experience in Physician Billing and EPIC will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform timely and effective AR follow-up on outstanding US healthcare accounts.
- Work extensively on aged/old AR and take appropriate action to recover outstanding balances.
- Review account status, identify payment delays, and determine the appropriate follow-up action.
- Handle denials, rejections, claim failures, inactive accounts, and other AR-related issues.
- Contact insurance companies and other relevant stakeholders to obtain claim/payment status and resolve outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of follow-up activities and account status.
- Ensure assigned accounts are worked within defined TAT and productivity requirements.
- Analyze AR trends and identify recurring issues affecting collections.




- Develop strong knowledge of assigned clients, specialties, billing processes, and Practice Management (PM) systems.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality while meeting productivity targets.
- Escalate complex or unresolved accounts to the appropriate team/management.
- Participate in team meetings, process discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow company policies, client guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Follow-Up / RCM.
- Strong understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
- Hands-on experience in AR follow-up and aged AR.
- Positive understanding of denials, rejections, claim failures, and insurance follow-up.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
