This role will play a crucial part in steering our financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the overall financial health of the company.

nRole & responsibilities

- Perform Vendor reconciliation
n
- Maintain the general ledger
n
- Debtors & Creditors management.
n
- Preparation of various types of MIS reports
n
- Perform bank transfers like RTGS, NEFT and outward remittances.
n
- Ensure Vendor and credit card reconciliation for all Ledger Accounts
n
- Helping to the senior officer and CA at the time of audit.
n
- Manage all accounting transactions like invoicing, expenses reporting and payroll.
n
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
n
- Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.
n




- Downloading of bank statements daily and perform reconciliation.
n
- Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (Sales, Products & Contracting, Operations) and Inter-department communication and coordination with teams
n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
n

nPreferred candidate profile

- Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
n
- Proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in the real estate or proptech industry.
n
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and taxation.
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
n
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
n
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
