Role Description The Senior Accountant role at Bani Women is a full time, on-site position based in Dwarka. The person in this role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including managing general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, monitoring cash flow, managing payables and receivables, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

The Senior

Accountant will handle tax compliance, coordinate with auditors, maintain internal controls, and recommend process improvements to support the company’s growth.



The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that inform business and merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (such as CPA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands is preferred but not required.
