Our equipment is deployed across major Metro & HSR projects, power plants, ports, factories, and other infrastructure projects throughout India. We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager to independently handle the company's accounting, taxation, compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

- Independently handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of the company.
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet schedules .
- Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and outstanding receivables/payables.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and maintain proper ageing reports.
- Ensure proper accounting of rental income, expenses, advances, deposits, fixed assets and other business transactions.
- Verify invoices, purchase bills, expense bills,



debit/credit notes and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

GST & Taxation

- Have complete working knowledge of GST compliance and GST return filing , including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation of Input Tax Credit.
- Handle GST reconciliations and resolve discrepancies between books, purchase registers and GST portals.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and return filings .
- Prepare and verify TDS workings, certificates and related documentation.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory taxation requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants/CA for taxation matters, assessments and notices whenever required.

Audit & CA Coordination

- Independently coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant / Auditors for statutory audit and finalisation of accounts.
- Prepare all schedules, statements and supporting documents required for annual audit.
- Coordinate for preparation and finalisation of the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and related financial statements .
- Handle audit queries and provide required information/documents to the CA and auditors.
- Coordinate for company audit, personal/individual tax-related matters and other financial compliances .
- Ensure proper maintenance of audit records and supporting documentation.

Candidate Profile:
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.




- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and taxation .
- Must have hands-on experience in GST return filing and TDS working .
- Solid understanding of finalisation of accounts, Trial Balance, P&L; and Balance Sheet .
- Experience coordinating with CA, statutory auditors and tax consultants .
- Should be capable of independently managing the company's complete accounting function.
- Experience in a construction, infrastructure, equipment rental/leasing or similar industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting ERP and MS Excel .
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Should be responsible, trustworthy, organised and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing accounting operations and effectively coordinating with the company's CA, auditors, tax consultants, clients and vendors .
