- Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, practices, and methodologies, continuously ensuring Agile best practices are understood and followed.

- Serve as a servant leader to the Scrum team by:

- Addressing team concerns and facilitating resolution.

- Identifying and removing blockers and impediments.

- Facilitating Agile meetings and ceremonies, ensuring each meeting has a transparent purpose and is conducted effectively and efficiently.

- Ensure the team remains aligned with product goals and sprint objectives.

- Manage and maintain Azure Boards to ensure day-to-day team activities, work items, and progress are appropriately tracked.

- Communicate and radiate information from the Scrum team to key stakeholders, including Product Owners,



Project Managers, and Leadership by:

- Escalating product risks, issues, and blockers.

- Communicating team velocity and delivery progress.

- Creating, maintaining, and communicating Agile metrics and reporting.

- Support Product Owners by ensuring the Scrum team clearly understands:

- Release plans.

- Sprint objectives.

- Priorities and expected outcomes.

- Promote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
