Role Description The SDE Intern role at Nirmalya is an on-site internship based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software components within Nirmalya’s enterprise platforms.

Day-to-day tasks may include writing clean and efficient code, debugging and resolving software issues, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with senior engineers to implement new features. The intern will also help document technical specifications,



contribute to improving existing systems, and work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in programming concepts and data structures, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
- Understanding of web technologies and application development, such as HTML/CSS, RESTful APIs, and basic frontend or backend frameworks.
- Knowledge of databases and data management, including familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts.
- Ability to analyze problems, perform research, and apply logical thinking to develop effective technical solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Interest in enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, and building scalable software systems.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to current tools and methodologies, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
