Design hands-on, inquiry-led sessions, workshops, camps and programs for Params experiential learning centres.
- Turn ideas into practical, facilitator-ready experiences.
- Prototype, pilot and refine programs.
- Create session plans, facilitation guides and materials.
- Work with Content, Research and Centre teams.
- Observe and improve programs based on visitor and facilitator feedback.
- Support new and flagship program formats.
Qualification: Background in learning design, education or science communication. Experience with hands-on learning, workshops or children’s programs is preferred.
