- Admission Counseling
- Enquiry Generation
- Covert inquiries to registration
- Ensuring effective implementation of marketing plan (ATL & BTL)
- Organizing various marketing activities to generate enquiries and to retain existing students
- Follow up on enrollments through various communication mode like telephone, SMS, email etc.
- Building and maintaining corporate/ preschool tie ups.
- Manage ongoing strategic communications with prospects and existing parents through email, print, and other media
- Maintaining admission process and documentation
- Update ERP system on a daily basis with enquiry, registration, admission list and other required details.
- MLZS brand guidelines implementation
- Maintaining the details of Customer feedback complains and recommended solution




- Organizing catchment and competitive analysis every year
- Continuous research of changes in the market that can be used by the school to enhance its USP.
- Digital Marketing & Promotion

Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor Degree, MBA

Years of Experience: 3 yrs (OR Competence as required)

- Knowledge of the school admissions and financial aid process
- Effective communication skills
- Listening skills
- Proficient at MS Office
