Mandatory Requirements:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core experience
- Current EC Core certification
- 3+ end-to-end EC implementations
- 3+ support projects
- Strong hands-on experience in EC Core configuration
- Experience with Foundation Objects, Data Models, Position Management, RBP, Business Rules, Workflows, MDF, and HRIS Sync
- Hands-on EC Time Off or EC Advantages experience
- Story Reports/Advanced Reporting
- Basic integration experience with BIB/ECP/PTP, Integration Center or CPI
- Data migration and cutover experience
- Good client/stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel if required
Key Requirement: Strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core experience with implementation, configuration, support, integration, and client-facing experience. Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
