Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with 7+ years of relevant SuccessFactors experience and solid hands-on expertise in Compensation & Variable Pay. The consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements related to compensation, salary planning, merit increases, bonuses and variable pay.

- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation templates and business rules.

- Configure Compensation worksheets, guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules and compensation statements.

- Work on merit, lump sum, bonus and salary planning processes.

- Configure Variable Pay programs and payout calculations.

- Configure business rules, workflows, eligibility and permissions related to Compensation.





- Work with Employee Central data and integrations supporting compensation processes.

- Perform requirements analysis, solution design, configuration and functional documentation.

- Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect resolution.

- Support data loads and validate compensation-related employee data.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot configuration/data-related issues.

- Work closely with HR/Compensation business stakeholders and provide recommendations based on SuccessFactors best practices.

- Coordinate with technical/integration teams for interfaces and downstream systems.

- Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts and user documentation.

- Participate in global implementations, rollouts and enhancements.
