Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Employee Central configuration, HR business processes, organizational management, position management, workflows, business rules, and integrations. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and productive HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Position Management, Job Structures, and Organizational Data.
- Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, event reasons, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support global HR processes including Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion, Termination, and Organizational Changes.
- Work on Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and security configurations.
- Perform data migration activities using import/export tools and data templates.
- Collaborate with integration teams for SuccessFactors integrations with SAP HCM/ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, SAP CPI, and third-party systems.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.




- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to business teams.
- Support release management activities and SuccessFactors quarterly releases.

Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience.

- Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- Experience with SAP CPI integration.
- Experience with SAP HCM PA/OM.
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Time Management.
- Experience in global implementations and support projects.
- Understanding of HR master data replication between SuccessFactors and SAP systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
