Role & Authorization Lead owns SAP security design and delivery for construction/EPC organizations, ensuring secure access aligned to job functions across sites, projects, and corporate teams. The role drives role build, SoD controls, and go-live readiness.

Key Requirements

- Expertise in SAP Security & Authorizations, including SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.

- Proven experience in access governance transformation projects, particularly migrations from SAP GRC Access Control to SAP IAG.

- Deep knowledge of role design, access request management, SoD controls, risk analysis, and compliance requirements.

- Solid understanding of SAP security architectures, deployment models (on-premises, cloud, hybrid), and associated constraints.

- Experience with identity and access management integrations (SAP IPS, Entra ID/Azure AD, corporate IAM solutions).

- Ability to lead workshops, define target security models, and work closely with business, security, audit, and architecture teams.
