- Led end to end AMS engagements for multiple clients and ensure quality service delivery across the tenure of the service rendered. Seek to secure more AMS engagements for GETR by building a trusted partner relationship within existing clients.

- Must provide leadership and management for the assigned practice and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Work with clients directly.

- Manage all aspects of pre-sales and delivery.

- Build SAP practice team for pre-sales and delivery.

- Manage exiting and current client.

- Drive effective implementation strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific technology.

- Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.

- Must provide leadership and management for the assigned practice and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and enduring customer and partner relationships.





- Mentor and nurture a team of professionals and create an effective practice team that is capable of solution development, sales enablement and delivery-market ready solutions.

- Overall responsible for the SLA Governance and Status Reporting.

- Able to monitor workload of team and where needed make necessary decisions to ensure quality and on-time delivery for the clients.

- Lead the deliverable development of the AMS setup.

- Drive and embed any Continuous Improvement initiatives and Best Practices on top of existing workload.

- Drive delivery of new proposals for potential new AMS clients or extension of existing clients.
