We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant (L2/L3) with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Inventory Management, and SAP AMS/Production Support. The candidate will be responsible for resolving functional issues, supporting business processes, handling incidents and problems, and contributing to enhancements and releases in an SAP environment.

Role &Responsibilities;

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP MM processes.
- Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, including:

- Purchase Requisitions (PR)

- Purchase Orders (PO)

- Goods Receipts (GR)

- Invoice Verification
- Resolve issues related to Inventory Management and material movements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Material Master and Vendor Master issues.
- Support procurement workflows and identify process-related issues.
- Analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
- Support production issues within defined SLAs.
- Participate in SAP releases, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
- Provide hypercare support after releases and implementations.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams,



and other functional teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Required Skills

- 5-10 years of relevant SAP MM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM PTP and Inventory Management.
- Experience in SAP AMS / Application Support / Production Support environments.
- Strong knowledge of PR, PO, GR, and Invoice Verification.
- Experience with Material Master and Vendor Master processes.
- Good understanding of procurement and inventory business processes.
- Hands-on experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Experience working on L2/L3 support issues and SLA-driven environments.
- Experience in hypercare support.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- SAP RISE experience.
- ITIL-based support environment.
- Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional modules such as FI, SD, WM/EWM.
