We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Security, and SAP GRC Access Control. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Security role design, authorization management, access governance, and SoD compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain SAP Security roles and authorizations across ECC and S/4HANA.

- Manage user and role administration using SU01, PFCG, SUIM and related tools.

- Implement and support SAP Fiori Security, including catalogs, tiles, spaces, pages and target mappings.

- Work on SAP GRC Access Control including ARA, ARM, EAM and BRM.

- Perform SoD risk analysis, simulation, remediation and mitigation.

- Troubleshoot authorization issues using SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE and SUIM.

- Support SAP Security across FI, MM, SD and PP modules.

- Work on SAP S/4HANA security implementation, migration, upgrades and post-go-live activities.





- Support internal/external audits and compliance requirements including SOX/ITGC.

- Collaborate with functional, technical, audit and business teams to resolve security and authorization issues.

Required Skills:

- 6-10 years of experience in SAP Security / SAP GRC.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Security.

- Strong experience in SAP Fiori Security.

- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control ARA, ARM, EAM.

- Strong knowledge of SoD, risk analysis and mitigation controls.

- Expertise in PFCG, SU01, SUIM, SU53, ST01 and STAUTHTRACE.

- Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Knowledge of SAP HANA Database Security is preferred.

- Good understanding of ITGC/SOX and SAP audit compliance.

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
