Looking for an experienced professional for Manager - SAP FICO with strong SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance experience. The candidate should have hands-on implementation experience along with robust stakeholder and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement and support projects.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design and SAP FICO configuration.
- Manage FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Bank Accounting.
- Manage CO: CCA, PCA, Internal Orders and COPA.
- Oversee FI-MM, FI-SD and FI-CO integration.
- Lead S/4HANA Finance transformation and finance process improvements.
- Drive SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
- Review functional specifications, configuration and testing deliverables.
- Manage business stakeholders, offshore/onshore teams and cross-functional teams.
- Handle critical production issues, RCA and resolution.
- Mentor team members and ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills
- 8-12 years overall experience with 7+ years relevant SAP FICO experience.
- Strong SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance experience.
- Minimum 2 implementation experience.
- Strong FI-MM, FI-SD and FI-CO integration knowledge.
- Experience in testing, migration, cutover and go-live.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience.
Preferred
- Greenfield S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Global SAP projects / AMS exposure.
- SAP Fiori and SAP Activate knowledge.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
