Main Duties The role-

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO to join our dynamic team and become a partner in achieving our ambitious growth plans.

SAP FICO will Reporting directly to Application Head. The SAP FICO serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to this role.

The SAP FICO also serves as coordinator for various projects with respective stake holders and cross functional team to meet the project deliverable. The SAP FICO will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

The ideal individual also will have the ability to exercise good judgment, influencing & convincing skills with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS AND DESIRED SKILLS:

Should have 7-10 years of experience in a full cycle implementation/Support projects in SAP

FICO

Experience along with S4HANA in the FICO areas of FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-Assets, FI Reporting,

Inventory Valuation, CO-Product Costing, CO-Cost Center Accounting, CO-Cost Elements,





COProfitabality Analysis and cross functional/ Integration areas of FI-SD, FI-MM, FI-PP, FI-PM.

Experience of working in Lead Role like SAP SME (Subject Matter Expert), or Business Process

Capable of managing and leading SAP-S4HANA FICO module independently

SAP FICO Support Experience in Indian Manufacturing Industry Domain preferable of Polyester

Film along with CIN (country India version) functionality, Consolidation & group reporting

Exposure to GST (Goods & Service Tax) functionality through SAP S4HANA

Exposure to various processes likes Order to Cash, make to order, procure to Pay, Record to

Report etc.

Gather business requirements, design, configuration and develop SAP FICO module as per business need

Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

Must be results oriented, and demonstrative attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

Hands on experience in Support, Change Request Management, Major release in FICO areas

Develop functional specifications for enhancements, user exits and other programming

Support / Develop financial master data and business blue print (BPP)

Ensure effective and clear communications between business users and IT teams

Ensure compliance with Change Control procedures for on-going

Maintain Document Repository for business and IT processes

On-call support for emergency outages. Drive support optimization and reduce repeat

Work closely with Business Team to understand & fulfill business requirements

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting: investigate, analysis, and solve software problems.

Document functional designs, test cases and results.

Provide consulting services on both current implementations and existing support projects

Works with the Strategic Initiatives in coordination with Head IT

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, Visio,
