The Role

You will join our SAP finance practice as a hands-on Finance consultant, working alongside a Lead Consultant on end-to-end implementation and optimization projects. You will start from your SAP FICO strength and grow into SAP's newer financial LoB solutions, including Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), Advanced Financial Closing (AFC), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). We will train you on these solutions on the job, so you do not need prior experience with them.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support end-to-end implementation and optimization projects for SAP's financial LOBs (DRC, AFC, SAC, etc.)

- Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance leaders, translating regulatory and operational challenges into sound technical solutions.

- Run client workshops, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, and integration testing for enterprise-scale programs.

- Bridge corporate finance requirements and technical execution to ensure smooth delivery across regions.

Requirements

- 4-8 years of hands-on, client-facing SAP FICO implementation or support experience.





- Solid working knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO, and a good understanding of financial closing processes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance in both Public Cloud and Private Cloud environments (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and Private Edition).

- Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation, or major rollout/enhancement projects.

- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.

- A consultative, problem-solving mindset and a strong willingness to learn recent SAP solutions.

- Education: any graduate degree.

Nice to Have

- Prior exposure to DRC, AFC, SAC, Treasury, or tax compliance (e-invoicing, statutory reporting)

- Understanding of the Fit-to-Standard approach and SAP Best Practices (SAP Activate methodology)

- SAP certification or a finance qualification (CA / CPA / MBA Finance)

- Working knowledge of a Japanese or Korean language
