✅ SAP ECC HCM Payroll & Time Management

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Mexico Payroll (PY-MX)

✅ Payroll Schemas & PCR Configuration

✅ Wage Type Configuration & Payroll Processing

✅ Mexican Payroll Compliance – ISR, IMSS & INFONAVIT

✅ CFDI Payroll Stamping & SAT Regulations

✅ SAP Time Management ( PT ) Integration

✅ Payroll Troubleshooting, L3 Support & RCA

✅ ABAP Debugging – Payroll Cluster Analysis

?️ Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for SAP Mexico Payroll production issues and discrepancies
- Troubleshoot payroll calculations, retro calculations, off-cycle payments, severance and Aguinaldo
- Configure Payroll Schemas, PCRs,



Wage Types and statutory requirements
- Support ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, CFDI, SUA & IDSE processes
- Work with HR, business and technical teams on enhancements and issue resolution
- Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities

⭐ Positive to Have
- SAP OSS Notes & Support Package implementation
- Experience with SUA / IDSE
- SAP SuccessFactors ECP / S/4HANA Payroll migration exposure
- Spanish language proficiency
