Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations covering blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
- Configure SAP EWM warehouse structures including warehouse process types, activity areas, storage types, and storage sections.
- Design and configure inbound processes including ASN, goods receipt, deconsolidation, and putaway strategies.
- Configure outbound processes including wave management, picking, packing, staging, and loading.
- Configure and support JIT/JIS, cross-docking, yard management, VAS, physical inventory, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
- Configure and support RF Framework, Mobile Data Entry, Fiori applications, and Warehouse Monitor.
- Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA modules including MM, SD, FI, QM, PP, and TM.
- Support integration with SAP MFS, external WMS, 3PLs, and carrier systems.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams on RICEFW developments.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and production activities.




- Provide L3 production support, troubleshooting, exception handling, and root-cause analysis.

Preferred candidate profile Seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant/Analyst with 8+ years of hands-on experience and at least 2 complete SAP EWM implementation lifecycles.

The candidate should have solid expertise in EWM configuration, warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, RF Framework, VAS, packaging, physical inventory, stock movements, and warehouse operations.

Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded EWM and integration with MM, SD, PP, and TM is preferred. Exposure to MFS, external WMS, TMS, 3PL/carrier platforms, Fiori, IDocs, RFCs, and APIs will be an advantage.

The candidate should also possess strong skills in functional specification preparation, testing, troubleshooting, production support, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
