Description

- Minimum 6+ years of SAP consulting experience , including at least 2 end-to-end SAP Concur implementations (Travel, Expense, and/or Invoice modules).

- Demonstrated experience leading process design workshops for T&E; policy and workflow design.

- SME in Concur Expense/Travel/Invoice configuration, policy setup, and approval workflows.

- Solid understanding of T&E; accounting principles — expense accruals, tax treatment, and GL mapping.

- Ability to translate stakeholder pain points into user stories covering policy, compliance, and audit controls.

- Strong knowledge of Concur best practices vs. custom configuration, with a bias toward standard functionality.

- Hands-on experience with Concur-to-SAP ERP/S4HANA integration (GL posting, vendor payments).

- Familiarity with Concur audit rules, policy compliance, and fraud-detection configuration.

- Experience with mobile expense capture, receipt imaging, and card feed integrations.





- Working knowledge of multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-country T&E; policy design.

- Exposure to AI-assisted tools (Claude, Gemini) for policy drafting or workflow documentation is an advantage.

- Experience conducting UAT and change management/training for end users.

- Ability to manage integration testing with third-party card providers and travel agencies.

- Robust client communication and workshop facilitation skills.

- Experience with Concur reporting and analytics for spend visibility.

- Understanding of data privacy/compliance considerations in global T&E; rollouts.

- Ability to support cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

- Prior Big 4/consulting environment experience preferred.

- Relevant Concur certification preferred but not mandatory.
