Job Summary We are hiring a Salesforce Engineer with 0–5 years of experience to work across Salesforce configuration, automation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support. The role will work with Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, rules, Flows, data, security, reports, and basic SOQL while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Flows.
- Build and maintain Salesforce automation using low-code capabilities.
- Support Salesforce development, testing, deployment, and production activities.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce configuration, data, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
- Support changes across Salesforce sandbox environments and deployment processes.
- Assist with Salesforce reports and data-related requirements.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and Flow.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and access controls.
- Familiarity with Salesforce sandboxes, deployments, and change sets.
- Basic knowledge of SOQL.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Reports.




- Understanding of Salesforce Lightning.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration concepts.

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce development exposure.
- Experience working with Salesforce Lightning.
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations.
- Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

AI Experience No prior experience with AI technologies or AI-based tools is required for this role.

Managerial Experience

No Formal People-management Experience Is Required. Operational Experience

- Salesforce configuration and production support.
- Testing and deployment support.
- Troubleshooting configuration, data, and integration issues.
- Sandbox and change-set management.

Qualifications Any Graduate.

Certifications

Preferred, But Not Mandatory

- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Experience 0–5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development support, or related Salesforce activities.
