Role: Salesforce Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Salesforce technical design covering data model, security, sharing, automation, and integration architecture.
- Lead hands-on development using Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL and Asynchronous Apex.
- Design and develop Agentforce agents using Agent Builder, Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates and Agent Script.
- Work with Data 360 to ground and enhance Agentforce solutions.
- Use Claude, Agentforce Vibes and MCP Servers for AI-assisted development, test generation and code reviews.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Platform Events, CDC and middleware.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices, security, bulkification and governor-limit-safe development.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators; allocate work, resolve technical blockers and provide guidance.
- Own Salesforce administration including configuration, permission sets, profiles, sharing model, reports and dashboards.
- Manage CI/CD, sandbox strategy, deployments, release planning, test coverage and production support.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.




- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Technical Lead role, owning solution design and leading development teams.
- Strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service and CPQ.
- Solid expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, CRUD/FLS and governor limits.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce Agent Builder, Topics, Actions, Prompt Builder and Agent Script.
- Experience with Agentforce Vibes, Claude/AI-assisted development and MCP Servers.
- Working knowledge of Data 360.
- Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, Named Credentials and middleware.
- Experience with Salesforce CLI/SFDX, Git, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset or DevOps Center.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, problem-solving and mentoring skills.
- Candidates with Salesforce certifications such as Platform Administrator, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist and Data 360 Consultant are preferred.

Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: 3 days Work From Office per week

Shift: General Shift

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
