Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Telecaller to join BASU Classes. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/parents, explaining our courses and programs, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads.

- Understand students' educational requirements and recommend suitable BASU Classes courses.

- Explain course details, fees, batches, facilities, and admission procedures.

- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.

- Handle queries and objections professionally.

- Generate admissions by converting qualified leads.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.





- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team for successful enrolments.

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

- Positive communication and convincing skills.

- Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.

- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records.

- Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
