1. Team Management

- Supervise and guide a team of academic counselors, trainers, or support staff
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Motivate the team to achieve admissions or academic goals

2. Admissions & Counseling Oversight

- Ensure proper handling of student inquiries and follow-ups
- Support counselors in converting leads into admissions
- Handle escalated student/parent concerns professionally
- Maintain high standards in communication and counseling

3. Training & Development

- Train new team members on processes, courses, and communication skills
- Conduct regular skill enhancement sessions
- Ensure team members are updated on current programs and offers

4. Operational Coordination

- Coordinate with management for daily operations
- Maintain reports on admissions, inquiries, and conversions
- Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates
- Monitor attendance and discipline within the team

5. Target Achievement

- Drive the team to meet admission and revenue targets
- Plan strategies to improve performance and productivity




- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement

6. Student Support & Experience

- Ensure a positive experience for students from inquiry to enrollment
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for smooth onboarding
- Address student feedback and improve service quality

7. Reporting & Communication

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Report directly to management regarding team progress
- Maintain clear communication between departments

Experience: 2–5 years in education, sales, or team handling
