Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary):
- Expected to generate business through various products like Machinary Loan, equipment loan, Industrial property loan, Business loan etc.
- He will use existing as well as new channels for sourcing current business.
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for selling machinery loan/ equipment finance, business loan, property loan, working capital etc.
- Achieve sales targets for given the basket of products through network,
manufacturers
Behavioral Competencies Required: 1)Self-driven and target-oriented individual
2.Should have good communication skills and negotiating skills
Job Role-
- Candidates should have a strong sales mind-set.
- Graduate or MBA (Fresher’s).
- Candidates should not have a UAN number.
Employment Terms:
- Candidates will be on the NAPS payroll for the first 6 months.
- Based on their performance, they may be moved to the company payroll as a Sales Manager after 6 months(Basis Performance)
Compensation:
- First 3 months: 23,500 per month
- From the 4th month onwards: Monthly CTC will be 25,000
Compensation will be revised based on performance after 6 Months(In the range of 4Lac-4.50 Lac)
