- Identify and onboard new PCD Pharma Franchise partners, distributors, stockists.

- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, and healthcare professionals.

- Present the company’s product portfolio, pricing, schemes, and promotional activities to potential and existing clients.

- Generate current business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to generate repeat orders and maintain long-term business relationships.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, product demand, pricing, and customer requirements.

- Manage sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and payment follow-ups.

- Coordinate and resolve distributor/client complaints and product-related queries.
