Role Description

Modern Hiring Service is seeking a dedicated Sales Professional for a full-time, on-site position located in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and driving business growth across various industries. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts,



and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of rental power and equipment solutions to clients.

Qualifications

- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills
- Knowledge of power generation, temperature control equipment, or industrial rentals is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficient in using CRM tools and creating detailed reports
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to customize solutions for clients
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Previous experience in B2B sales or a similar industry is advantageous
