Swasth Snacks is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our premium Makhana business in Panipat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit local retailers, wholesalers, distributors and potential business partners.
- Promote Swasth Snacks Makhana and generate sales.
- Develop new business opportunities and onboard retailers.
- Conduct product sampling and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales records and customer feedback.
- Build long-term relationships with local businesses.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Panipat.
- Experience in field sales, FMCG marketing or business development preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel locally for market visits.
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 (Based on Experience)
- Additional Performance-Based Sales Incentives
- Local Travel Allowance as per agreed terms
