Saunjdya,Uttarakhand’s Matrimonial Startup, is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager in Dehradun. The role focuses on building and managing a network of 100 active Agents across Dehradun rather than directly enrolling customers.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard suitable Agents. Monitor Agent performance and monthly member registrations. Coordinate with the internal team for operational support. Help expand and strengthen the Saunjdya Agent network.
Eligibility: Dehradun resident with positive knowledge of local areas. Graduate with strong communication and people-management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Experience in sales, marketing, business development or team management preferred.
Earning Potential: ₹50,000–₹2,00,000+ per month, based on commission and performance.
