Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Generate new B2B leads through direct sales, references, networking and market visits.

- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, hotel, hospital and corporate clients.

- Handle sales of electrical and energy management solutions.

- Monitor leads, appointments, quotations and follow-ups through CRM.

- Conduct client meetings and support the team in closing significant/high-value opportunities.

- Track sales pipeline, conversion and pending opportunities.

- Develop channel partners and reference networks.

- Prepare sales MIS and provide regular updates to management.

- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of prospects.

- Identify new markets and business opportunities across Maharashtra.
