Position: Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and guide the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Train and support team members to improve their performance.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred.

Location: Aluva – Athani, Kerala Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aluva, Kerala
