- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Identify and onboard recent travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, consolidators, and other trade partners.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing B2B travel partners.

- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and trade visits.

- Generate business through the travel trade network and identify opportunities for market expansion.

- Negotiate commercial terms, rates, contracts, and promotional opportunities with trade partners.

- Coordinate with product, contracting, reservations, operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth partner servicing.

- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

- Develop account-wise sales plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Participate in travel trade shows, B2B events, roadshows, workshops, and networking activities.





- Conduct partner training and product updates for travel agents and tour operators.

- Track sales performance, revenue, conversion, collections, and account profitability.

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.

- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, bookings, payments, and partner requirements.

- Handle partner issues and coordinate internally to ensure prompt resolution.

- Maintain accurate CRM/customer records and sales activity reports.
