Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Personal Loans portfolio/ Business Loan through partnerships with channel partners, DSA networks, and other stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume, cross-sell products, and improve customer satisfaction.

- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product offerings, pricing strategies, and operational processes.

Job Requirements :

- 3-10 years of experience in retail assets lending i.e Personal Loans or Business Loans.

- Strong understanding of retail loan products such as business loans, personal loans, home equity lines of credit etc. .

- Proven track record in building solid partnerships with channel partners like DSA networks.

- Experience in developing strategic alliances with financial institutions or fintech companies.
