Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2C sales, direct sales, consultative sales, and high-value sales.
- Handle leads, client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, lead conversion, and repeat business.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings, consultations, and presentations.
- Handle high-value clients and close business effectively.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and sales pipeline.
- Focus on revenue generation, client acquisition, conversion, and business growth.

B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2C, direct sales, or corporate sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- Proven track record in sales conversion and target achievement.
- Solid communication, negotiation, convincing, and closing skills.
- Experience in face-to-face client meetings and high-value deal closures.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and focused on revenue generation.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
