About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Project Sales to drive business growth for AAC Blocks and Wall Panels in Ahmedabad and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project sales, specification selling, and relationship management with Builders, Developers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for AAC Blocks, AAC Wall Panels, and related building materials.
- Generate new business opportunities through project sales and specification-based selling.
- Identify and develop relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and project management companies.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects in Ahmedabad and nearby markets.
- Generate leads through market mapping, project visits, references, networking, and industry contacts.
- Track projects from the initial enquiry/specification stage through negotiation, order booking, supply, and payment collection.
- Promote product specifications and ensure product approval with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales as per company guidelines.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer and project visits to understand requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Coordinate with Technical, Production, Dispatch, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices, product developments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, projects,



quotations, orders, and sales activities through MIS/CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up for outstanding payments and support the company in maintaining healthy receivables.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and generate repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Materials, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant sales experience in the building materials/construction industry.
- Experience in project sales is mandatory.
- Experience selling AAC Blocks, AAC Wall Panels, ALC Panels, Fly Ash Bricks, Blocks, Precast Products, Construction Chemicals, or other building materials will be preferred.
- Strong network among Builders, Developers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Construction Companies.
- Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad construction and real-estate market.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify and convert project leads into business.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project and customer meetings.
