To provide excellent customer service, achieve daily sales targets, maintain proper product display and hygiene, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations at the outlet.
1. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Welcome customers warmly and understand their requirements.
- Explain cake, bakery, sweets and other product options clearly.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a positive and friendly customer experience.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Promote high-margin and new products.
- Upsell and cross-sell products whenever appropriate.
- Inform customers about offers, combos and promotions.
- Support the outlet team in improving overall sales.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Prepare customer bills accurately.
- Collect cash/card/UPI payments correctly.
- Verify cash and billing transactions as instructed.
- Immediately report any excess/short cash or billing discrepancies to the Outlet Manager.
Product & Stock Management
- Check product availability and inform the manager about low-stock items.
- Ensure proper product display and attractive merchandising.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Check product freshness, expiry and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of display counters and sales areas.
Outlet Operations
- Follow assigned duty timings and shift schedules.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Maintain proper uniform, grooming and personal hygiene.
- Follow company policies and outlet SOPs.
- Support the team during peak hours and special occasions.
1. Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays as required
1. Qualification & Experience
- Education: Minimum Plus Two / equivalent
- Experience: 0–2 years in retail, bakery, supermarket, FMCG, hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
1. Grooming & Discipline
- Proper company uniform must be worn during duty.
- Maintain neat hairstyle, clean appearance and personal hygiene.
- Follow all company grooming and hygiene standards.
- Mobile phone use during working hours should be restricted as per company policy.

The Sales Girl is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining accurate billing, ensuring proper product presentation and supporting smooth outlet operations. Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
