– SALES EXECUTIVE (FIELD SALES) Locations: Chennai | Hyderabad | Delhi/NCR Job Type: Full time | Field Sales Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years or more experienced candidates may also apply Salary: CTC ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month Gender: Male / Female Age: Preferably up to 28 years Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred Job Role We are looking for a Sales Executive – Medical Devices to drive field sales, develop hospital/customer relationships and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and collection. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through field visits to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, dealers and other healthcare customers. Promote and sell hospital beds, medical furniture and patient-care solutions. Manage the end-to-end sales process – lead generation, customer visit, requirement understanding, product presentation, quotation, negotiation, order closure, dispatch coordination and payment collection.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital purchase teams, biomedical/clinical teams, administrators and dealers. Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and pending payments. Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.

Maintain regular customer and market visit coverage.



Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, products and customer requirements. Coordinate with Sales Coordination, Service, Production, Logistics and Finance for smooth order fulfilment and collection.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Medical Device / Healthcare Product Sales. Candidates with prior hospital bed / hospital furniture sale experience preferred. Local market and customer knowledge is mandatory. Good network and relationships with hospitals/healthcare customers will be an advantage.

Science

Graduate preferred. Good communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills. Should be comfortable with daily field visits and target-based sales. Should have strong ownership for sales as well as collection.

Candidates with higher relevant experience may also be considered.
