We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, handle customer enquiries, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, visits, references, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Meet customers and explain products, pricing, and specifications.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Follow up on payments and pending orders when required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
