Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings for residential apartments, villas, and plots/layouts.
- Handle enquiries received through digital marketing, property portals, references, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their budget and preferences.
- Arrange and conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
- Explain project specifications, pricing, payment schedules, amenities, location advantages, and other project details.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with customers and support the team in booking and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and bookings.
- Coordinate with the marketing, project, accounts, legal, and documentation teams for smooth customer transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competing projects.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in selling residential apartments, villas, plots, or layouts is preferred.
- Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
- Fluency in English – both spoken and written is required.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle leads from enquiry to closure.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel for property site visits and customer meetings.
- Good knowledge of the Chennai real estate market will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving real estate sales targets will be preferred.
